LIGHT DUTY GLIDES

8/20/04 - Black Glides: Shown above is our 3/8-16 black zinc-plated glide with a 1-5/8" dia black plastic base. It is available in 1-1/2" thread length (p/n: IL31-6BX15), a 2-1/2" thread length (p/n: IL31-6BX25), and a 3-1/2" thread length (p/n: IL31-6BX35).

1/19/04 - Vinyl, non-skid glides: Shown above-left is P/N: IL9-5HX15-PVC. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-1/2" thread on a 1-3/8" dia. gray vinyl base. The right-hand leveler is P/N: IL12-72H-PVC. It has a 1/2-13 x 2" thread on a 1-11/16" gray vinyl base.

1/14/04 - Side/End mount furniture glide: Shown above is P/N: IL55B. It has a 1" adjustable height black 1-1/8" dia. plastic base. Adjustment is done using an allen wrench. The metal flange is 2" wide, 1-1/4" tall, 3/8" thickness to prongs. Distance to hole centers is 1-1/2".

4/6/02 - Just released: 1/4-20, 5/16-18 and 3/8-16 vinyl based levelers with 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", and 3" diameter solid PVC bases for non-skid/vibration applications. Shown above is P/N: IL82-5WX125-PVC. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-3/8" stud with a 1-1/2" dia. white poly-vinyl base. The P/N for the 2", 2-1/2" and 3" dia. versions are IL84-5WX125-PVC and IL86-5WX125-PVC and IL88-5WX125-PVC. To order in black, use a B instead of W in the part number. To order stainless, use a S after B or W. Also available in gray, red and other colors and other materials per your specifications.

4/24/01 - 1/4-20 x 1" swivel glides and 5/16-18 x 1-1/2" (and 4") glides are now in stock. 9/28/02 - Hex Based Levelers: Shown above-left is P/N: IL40-5X15-SL. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-1/2" thread with top-end slot on a 3/4" hex base. Also available in 1/2", 1" & 1-1/4" lengths and in 1/4-20, 3/8-16, 1/2-13 & metric thread sizes. Also available with a gray polyethylene pad that is factory-installed over the hex (add -GC to P/N). The right-hand hex leveler is P/N: IL41-5X25. It has a 5/16-18 x 2-1/2" thread on a 1-3/8" hex base. Also available in 1-1/2" lengths and in 1/4-20, 3/8-16 & 1/2-13 x 3" thread sizes.

4/23/01 - 3/8-16 x 1" and 1-1/2" levelers are now in stock. 2/27/03 - Caps for tubing: Shown above are caps for square and round tubing. The fin style caps fit a range of 12-23 gauge tubing. The Part number for the 2" square cap is IL27B-CAP-BK, 1-1/2" square is IL27-CAP-BK, 1" square is IL25-CAP-BK and 3/4" square is IL24A-CAP-BK.

4/20/01 - Side and Corner Brackets are now available. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-1/4" clear zinc plated stud with a 2" dia. black poly base, grip ridges on outside diameter, chamfer on bottom edge to ease sliding of heavy furniture. The part number for the front-center leveler is IL7A-6BX2 (3/8-16 x 2" thread with hex, 2" dia. base). The leveler in the right of the photo shows P/N: IL88-5BX125. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-1/4" stud with a 3" dia. black poly base. The P/N for the 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" dia. versions are IL82-5BX125 and IL86-5BX125. It has a 5/16-18 x 1-1/4" clear zinc plated stud with a 3" dia. black polyethylene base, grip ridges on outside diameter. 2/21/02 - Now available: Carpet pad and domed plastic levelers/plugs/caps/skid pads. Shown in the left photo above is P/N: IL31-CARP4-GRN and IL31-CARP4-RED. These walker pads fit most walkers. They have a 2-3/8" O.D. and fit tubing with a 1" I.D.

12/20/02 - More Top Hex Levelers: Shown above-left is P/N: IL8A-7BX3-HX. It has a 1/2-13 x 3" thread with top-end hex (lower hex also) on a 3" dia. black poly base. Also available with other base diameters. The right-hand leveler is P/N: IL7M-6BX3-HX. It has a 3/8-16 x 3" thread on a 2-1/2" base.

3/5/97 - Low Profile Delrin based Levelers with a 4" stud length are available with an optional slot in the bottom of the leveler. Speed installation time and reduce ergonomic problems.

1/19/01 - Now available: Extended Hex levelers. Shown above are several 1/2-13 and M12 sizes. The longer hex length eases set-up when installing equipment in the field, especially in low profile applications.

4/1/00 - Now available: Wrench Flats and nylon thread-locking patch for low-profile applications. The patch stops the leveler from unthreading during shipping. Shown above is P/N: IL7AF-6BX3P (3/8-16 x 3" with flats and patch, 2" black Delrin base).

2/5/98 - 1/2-13 Levelers (& 1/2-20x4") are available in 5 stock lengths: 1-9/16", 3", 3-1/2", 4" & 5". Choose from 4 sizes of delrin or polyethylene bases.

12/7/99 - Low Profile hex based levelers with a top slot are available. Shown above is the LF-375-HBSL (3/8-16 x 2"). Also available in 1/2-13 and M12 x 50 mm version.

8/12/99 - Low Profile EZ-Slide Levelers with a 2" or 3" diameter black delrin base are available. The standard pad is assembled upside-down to ease sliding over rough surfaces.

7/31/01 - Now in stock: top end hex broach for adjusting from above with a allen wrench or hex drive. Shown above are 1/2-13 x 6" clear zinc plated studs with a 1/4" top-end hex and a 1-7/8" black or white delrin base. P/N: IL4Z-7BX6-BR & IL4Z-7WX6-BR, respectively.

5/14/97 - IEC introduces NEW Aluminum Bases in many different colors. These rigid levelers can be built using almost any base design shown in this website. Stud material is steel or stainless.

1/26/04 - Top Hex Levelers: Shown above is P/N: IL64-8BX4-BR. It has a 5/8-11 x 4" thread with top-end internal hex (broached hex) on a 1-7/8" dia. black low-profile swivel base. Also available with other base diameters and thread sizes.

5/22/03 - Vibration & Shock Mounts: Shown above are shock and vibration mounts for machinery and equipment. Available in 5 different base sizes. P/N's are IL-VM-__(1-5). [1=2" base dia, 2=3", 3=5", 4=6", 5=9"].

5/7/03 - Top end Allen Drives: Shown above are levelers with top end internal hex for an Allen Hex wrench. The left P/N: IL2-8G9X425-BR (3/4-10 thread on 2-1/2" dia. base). 6/29/00 - We now offer Aluminum Based Swivel Levelers. 10/12/98 - Low Profile Steel Swivel Levelers with even more thread sizes and lengths are available. All components are interchangeable prior to assembly.

9/10/02 - New Product Family: Non-Tilt Low Profile Levelers. Shown above is P/N: IL64-7G-NT. It has a 1/2-13 x 2" stud with a 1-7/8" dia. steel base. The stud is free-rotating yet only tilts 1-2 degrees. The non-tilt design helps prevent base and stud separation. Use the same part numbers as the low-profile family of levelers, but add -NT to the part number.

2/14/04 - Fixed Stud and Socket Levelers: Shown above are zinc plated non-swivel levelers designed for extra sturdiness and to eliminate pad separation from the stud. Four lag holes are included in order to bolt the 4" base diameter to the floor. We offer three socket types: 3/4-10 (IL91-9), 5/8-11 (IL91-8) and 1/2-13 (IL91-7). We also offer three stud types: 3/4-10 x 4" (IL92-9X4), 5/8-11 x 4" (IL92-8X4) and 1/2-13 x 4" (IL92-7X4). Also available with other base diameters, thread sizes and finishes. You can also order with an elastomer pad or without the lag holes.

10/11/99 - Levelers with Thread Relief are available (to prevent accidental unthreading during equipment set-up). Shown above is an IL2-7GX25TR (1/2-13 x 2-1/2" stud length).

10/10/00 - We now offer Low Profile Swivel Levelers with a 3/4-10 x 5" & 6" stud length. Shown above are (L to R) P/N: IL64-9GX4, IL68-9GX2 & IL66-9GX5.

10/12/98 - Low Profile Steel Swivel Levelers with even more thread sizes and lengths are available. All components are interchangeable prior to assembly.

8/21/97 - Low Profile Levelers with standard and extended thread lengths are now available. Shown above is the IL68-8Bx6" beside an IL1-9G. This design allows for the casters in your design to be recessed, lowering the center of gravity of your equipment. Height from floor to top of adjusting nut is under 3/4".

9/1/96 - Stud type leveler, 3/4-10 x 9" length, 3" diameter gold iridite base. Stud length exceeds height of most casters.

7/27/01 - Now available: 1 1/4-7 low profile levelers. Shown above is P/N: IL70-12GX3-H (1 1/4-7 x 3" threaded stud with 4" dia. base, 5/16" thick, two .56" lag holes).

1/19/01 - Now in stock: 3/4-10 x 9" levelers with wrench flats. Shown above is P/N: IL2-9GX9-WF (3/4-10 x 9" stud with 3" dia. swivel base)
